Shipping and Returns

Our garments and Products are strictly checked for quality and we assure you of a good quality, etc. however in case of any fault/s found in our product:

  1. You should notify us within 2 days of date of delivery of faults found in our product along with images and note.;
  2. You should return the product as you have received it with original packaging;
  3. You should dispatch the garment/accessory within another 2 days via a trackable shipment; and
  4. You will have to pay for the return shipping and if there would be a mistake from our end, we would be willing to give you a refund or store credit in the form of a single use coupon code.
  5. If there is a sizing issue from our end, we will pay the shipping charges and return shipping charges.


Provided that, upon receipt of the product by us from you, if we find that there is no defect in the same, then in such a case, the original shipping charges (which we had paid earlier while delivering the product to you) would be deducted from the amount paid by you earlier towards purchase of the said product, and you will be given a coupon code. Please note that no refund would be issued to you in such a case.


Provided further that, for Made to fit custom apparel, if you made a mistake in your own sizing, we will convey a cost price for any alterations to be done and in such a case, you shall have to pay the return shipping charges.


For international shipping if the country is not mentioned as serviceable, you need to contact us before placing an order and we will give you a custom quote which would include taxes and shipments charges for sending the product to you.
